We checked our records and we’ve made a really bad omission – we’ve only had one competition for the Aberlour 18. We’ve given out loads of Casg Annamh and loads of A’Bunadh, but the 18 has only come up once.
Time to rectify that with the uber-cheap £2.35 a ticket – that’s less than a sandwich in Sainsbury’s!
Tasting Notes
Nose: Creamy, like melted vanilla ice-cream. Fruity and honeyed.
Palate: Fresh juicy apples and oranges before sherry kicks in with supple sultanas and vanilla.
Finish: Intricate with chocolate raisins and oily caramel notes.
