For their second collaboration with The Whisky Explorer, the intention was simple: find a Bunnahabhain cask that genuinely represented what all three groups love about the distillery. Southern Ontario Sippers delivered exactly that with a 2001 first-fill Oloroso sherry butt, matured patiently for 19 full years.
It was love at first taste for them.
Seconds later, everyone agreed.
And The Whisky Explorer gave the immediate green light:
this cask deserved to be bottled and shared without hesitation.
