This limited edition (only 2682 bottles) is a robust Cask Strength 21 Year Old that spent most of its life maturing in ex-Oloroso Sherry butts before a long 21-month finish in Pedro Ximénez casks.
The twenty-one carefully chosen casks were selected for this exclusive twenty-one-year-old release, inspired by the unfiltered, straight-from-the-cask tastings enjoyed by visitors in their distillery’s iconic coastal warehouses. This single malt highlights the expertise of Master Blender, Julieann Fernandez, who meticulously balanced the influence of the casks with the integrity of the original spirit. The Pedro Ximénez casks lend rich, sweet notes without overshadowing the whisky’s character, creating a harmonious blend of spirit and wood.
