Introducing the inaugural release in Bunnahabhain’s new annual tradition — the 21 Year Old Cask Strength, a whisky designed to sit at the pinnacle of the distillery’s revered sherried portfolio.
The 2024 edition is drawn from 21 hand-selected casks, all matured for over two decades on Islay’s wild northeastern shore. After a long rest in Oloroso sherry casks, the whisky was then finished for an additional 21 months in Pedro Ximénez casks, resulting in a dram that is both elegant and indulgent, bold and beautifully balanced.
Bottled at cask strength, this is unfiltered, unapologetic Bunnahabhain — and a celebration of time, cask, and craft.
