Glenmorangie takes select parcels of their legendary Signet and gives them an additional 12 months in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. The sweetness of the PX casks deepens the signature chocolate notes, creating something even richer and more decadent.
Chocolate truffles, toffee, treacle and fudge hit first. Then Turkish coffee and roasted coffee beans emerge, followed by toasted cinnamon, orange oil, and milk chocolate raisins. The finish delivers tiramisu and incredibly complex coffee-chocolate depth.
Made from chocolate malted barley — the same type used in craft beers — this isn’t your typical Highland single malt. For one week each year, Glenmorangie pauses everything else to create this precious liquid. Limited annual release.
