Tasting Notes
Nose: A seaside ice cream parlour on a warm afternoon. Banoffee pie, banana custard, and soft vanilla, lifted by a faint salt-air salinity and a curl of gentle smoke.
Palate: Toffee-dipped fruit, lemon meringue, warm pastry, and a slow build of bonfire embers in the background. The 52% sits beautifully – enough weight to push the sweetness forward without ever turning aggressive.
Finish: Long, creamy, faintly briny. Vanilla, soft peat, and a final whisper of sea spray.
