Tasting Notes
Nose: Vanilla forward, with lychee, peach, and a quick flash of grapefruit. Sea spray, mineral notes, and a soft, sophisticated peat sitting just underneath.
Palate: Oily and surprisingly viscous for the age. Mango, pineapple, honey granola, almond, with a pinch of white pepper. The smoke is mellow, earthy, charcoal-edged – never elbowing the fruit out of the way.
Finish: Dry and sooty, but creamy with it. Lemon pith, apple skin, and a final whisper of brine.
