It’s not every day that a Michelin starred restaurant looks for a distillery to partner with to release their own limited whisky. Timberland, from Edinburgh, did just that by selecting Nc’Nean and working closely with Royal Mile Whiskies. Why? Well they both have extremely strong environmental sensibilities, so it would appear a perfect match.
So, the highlights – It’s a Madeira finish, from a single cask and there were only 261 bottles released. That sounds both delicious and collectable to us.
This is a weekend only release, it closes at 6pm on Christmas Eve and the winner drawn that night. Dont miss out!
