Which country is famous for its whisky?

Win TWO bottles of Thompson Bros

Mystery Malt – Series 5

You only find out what you’ve won when you open them

🎟 Tickets: £3.99
🎫 100 tickets available

This is one of the most fun ideas in modern whisky — and Thompson Bros pulled it off brilliantly.

They released 10,708 bottles of Mystery Malt Series 5.
Every bottle looks the same.
Every label tells you nothing.
And yet… every bottle hides a single malt from a real distillery, with a real age statement and a real cask story.

You don’t choose the whisky.
The whisky chooses you.

And in this competition, one winner gets TWO bottles — meaning two spins of the wheel.

What could you get?

Literally anything from this list (and that’s the magic):

  • Clynelish 27, Balmenach 26, Glen Garioch 27

  • Highland Park 20, Jura 20, Glen Grant 18

  • Ben Nevis 12, Caol Ila 12, Glen Scotia 11

  • Torabhaig 7, Harris 7, Ardnamurchan 7

  • Even tiny-outturn unicorns like Clynelish 24 (29 bottles) or Dornoch 5 (67 bottles)

Ages range from 5 to 27 years.
Casks range from PX, Oloroso, Tawny Port, Bourbon, Red Wine, Montilla, Rye and more.
Styles range from heavily peated to silky Speyside to old-school Highland.

And the only way to know what you’ve got…
is to crack the seal.

Why this is brilliant

Most competitions are about one specific bottle.
This one is about possibility.

You’re not just entering to win whisky — you’re entering to win a story.
Two sealed bottles.
Two unknown drams.
Two moments of genuine, heart-in-mouth anticipation.

It’s whisky as it should be:
fun, surprising, slightly chaotic — and completely unforgettable.

Two bottles.
10,708 possible outcomes.
One winner.
And the best bit? You only find out when you pour.
