TB/BSW is a small-batch blended Scotch whisky built from carefully selected parcels of single malt and single grain whiskies, each matured for a minimum of six years in refill and first-fill sherry hogsheads. Blended, rested, and bottled right here at Dornoch Distillery.
This is sherry maturation at its most generous. Rich, sticky, and unapologetically full-flavoured – the kind of whisky that used to cost three figures but shouldn’t have to.
Nose: Plum sauce, miso, golden sultanas, cinder toffee, coffee crème pÒtissière.
Palate: Raisin loaf, buttered Jamaica cake, maple and toasted cinnamon, nutmeg, dried figs.
Slowly diluted to 46% ABV – enough strength to carry every layer of flavour, easy enough to drink all evening. No chill-filtration. No added colour. Nothing to hide.
