Tasting notes
Nose
Umeshu, fallen leaves and pumpkin skin lead into red fruits — dried strawberries, cranberries and preserved plums. Proper autumnal character.
Palate
Thick and mouth-coating, with the sherry finish adding real heft. Panettone, Sun-Maid raisins, fruit-and-nut dark chocolate and frozen red grapes.
Finish
Long and satisfying, with old wood, herbs and lingering orchard fruit.
